近來大家應(yīng)該陸續(xù)收到了UCL商科的面試邀請(全網(wǎng)好像海海多)，上周六我們優(yōu)越留學(xué)外籍文書導(dǎo)師Georges舉辦了一場關(guān)于面經(jīng)的講座，今天就給大家總結(jié)說一下UCL商科面試的常規(guī)流程、過往試題，和一些面試經(jīng)驗(yàn)。

·UCL Msc Management

UCL的Msc management 專業(yè)會(huì)有兩個(gè)Pathway供學(xué)生選擇，分別是Corporate pathway和Finance pathway。一個(gè)是針對(duì)沒有商科相關(guān)背景的學(xué)生開設(shè)的，一個(gè)是針對(duì)有商科相關(guān)背景的學(xué)生開設(shè)的。該專業(yè)的面試是通過錄視頻的模式進(jìn)行面試。

面試流程：

Step1：面試前收到郵件

標(biāo)題-Fw:UCL School of Management would like you to complete a video interview的郵件

注意：需要在7個(gè)工作日內(nèi)完成面試

Step2：進(jìn)入面試

點(diǎn)擊Start my interview開始自己的面試。

新的面試題型一般都是2道固定的題目，一般是總共5分鐘左右的時(shí)間，學(xué)生需要對(duì)著電腦屏幕錄屏回答。

面試審核標(biāo)準(zhǔn)：

整個(gè)申請時(shí)間線：

UCL會(huì)在2021年1月開始審核面試學(xué)生，2021年8月之前出具全部審核結(jié)果。

UCL aims to complete stages 1-2 within 8 weeks. Stage 3 will begin from January 2021 onwards. Applicants who enter stage 4 may not receive a decision before August 2021.(來源：www.mgmt.ucl.ac.uk/management)

面試建議：

·環(huán)境準(zhǔn)備：保持網(wǎng)絡(luò)暢通，環(huán)境安靜，著裝得體;

·面試狀態(tài)：面試過程保持鎮(zhèn)定，表現(xiàn)出真誠、積極、熱情、活力;

·答題思路：控制好時(shí)長和回答內(nèi)容的結(jié)構(gòu)，在規(guī)定時(shí)間內(nèi)圍繞問題進(jìn)行作答，可以用英式思維;

·專業(yè)準(zhǔn)備：熟悉好專業(yè)核心課程，有針對(duì)性的作答;

·面試模擬：提前練習(xí)，做面試模擬，主要熟悉內(nèi)容掌握好回答問題的節(jié)奏。

歷年題庫：

1、How you fit in this programe and how this master is going to help your career?

2、Define a big problem of our days and explain why this problem is big and propose some solutions for this problem.

3、Why you are the right candidate for MiM and why MiM is the right programme for you?

4、What is your biggest academic achievement and how do you think it will help you successfully complete an MSc Management at UCL?

5、Could you please give us an example of a current affair you recently read about? And what do you think of it?

6、Which cultures, other than you own, are you interested in.And why.

7、In your opinion, what are the characteristics of a good leader?

8、On a scale from 1 to 5, in which 1 corresponds to strongly disagree and 5 corresponds to strongly agree, rate how important is authenticity in leadership and explain why.

·UCL Msc Finance

UCL的Msc Finance專業(yè)分為筆試和面試兩個(gè)部分，筆試合格才會(huì)給到面試的。

筆試：

筆試部分基本上都是高數(shù)類的題目。筆試時(shí)長在一個(gè)小時(shí)左右，正常是8-10到選擇題，主要考察學(xué)生概率統(tǒng)計(jì)、高數(shù)和線代等。

面試：

時(shí)長：每題2分鐘，最后一道題2分半鐘(會(huì)有2小問)，中間有休息時(shí)間。

形式：線上面試，可以采取兩種方式，在網(wǎng)頁上進(jìn)行面試&下載一個(gè)app。

流程：先視頻放題，題目文字就在視頻底下，然后10秒鐘視頻自動(dòng)跳轉(zhuǎn)，接著20秒prep，再開始錄制，提前說完可以點(diǎn)done，然后跳到下一題的提示頁面。

6. Most challenge nowadays for financial institutions.

·UCL Msc Business Analytics

·UCL MSc Project and Enterprise Management

這個(gè)專業(yè)是選擇性面試，目前的面試基本上是以電話面試為主，但是不是所有申請的學(xué)生都會(huì)安排電話面試，之前也有學(xué)生沒有面試直接給offer的。

電話面試的主要問題：General questions

1. 為什么選擇該學(xué)校該專業(yè)?

2. 在未來的十年里，你想在哪里工作(能有具體的公司名)?為什么?你為你的未來目標(biāo)做過哪些努力?

3. UCL 的該課程對(duì)你的職業(yè)目標(biāo)有什么作用?

4. 請描述你本科的學(xué)習(xí)。在未來的 5-10 年，你將如何運(yùn)用你在本科所學(xué)?

5. 個(gè)人的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)/成功與失敗的經(jīng)歷。

6、有什么愛好?

除了General questions 以外還會(huì)被問到的問題：

1、什么是項(xiàng)目與企業(yè)管理?

2、你是怎么理解該專業(yè)的?

3、你覺得通過該課程的學(xué)習(xí)會(huì)給你提供哪方面的幫助?

UCL視頻面試常規(guī)流程：

step1：測試設(shè)備

跟著指引測試設(shè)備，會(huì)讓你先錄制一段視頻，然后看一下畫面和聲音有沒有問題;如果沒有問題了，就點(diǎn)擊下一步。

step2：practice

有兩個(gè)選擇，一是做practice，二是直接開始interview;

practice questions(1)What country do you want to visit?(2)What do you think when you first heard about video interview?

practice結(jié)束之后，可以選擇開始interview，也可以選擇practice again;

step3：開始面試

(1)觀看一段video

點(diǎn)擊開始面試之后，會(huì)出現(xiàn)director錄好的一個(gè)視頻，他首先介紹了自己，然后告訴你，他會(huì)播放一段視頻，讓你好好享受。

(2)回答問題

①video結(jié)束之后，就可以開始回答問題，如果準(zhǔn)備好了，就點(diǎn)擊屏幕上的按鈕就好了;

②點(diǎn)擊之后，就會(huì)出現(xiàn)director錄好的視頻，這時(shí)候的視頻上有字幕了!

③看完視頻后，有兩個(gè)選擇，一是重新觀看，二是直接開始進(jìn)入準(zhǔn)備;(注意：只有10s的時(shí)間讓你選擇)

④看完第二遍后就直接進(jìn)入準(zhǔn)備階段，有20s的準(zhǔn)備時(shí)間，可以等待倒計(jì)時(shí)結(jié)束，也可以自己點(diǎn)擊按鈕直接開始錄制;(注意：這個(gè)時(shí)候包括后面回答問題時(shí)題目是一直留在屏幕上的，所以不用擔(dān)心會(huì)忘記題目!)

⑤開始錄制的時(shí)候，屏幕下方有倒計(jì)時(shí)，每個(gè)問題都限時(shí)1min30s，如果提前說完了，可以手動(dòng)點(diǎn)擊按鈕結(jié)束錄制，然后系統(tǒng)會(huì)自動(dòng)上傳;

⑥一道題目上傳完畢后，仍然是在自己準(zhǔn)備好后點(diǎn)擊下一題，然后重復(fù)上面的流程。

step4：評(píng)價(jià)和反饋

全部視頻上傳之后，系統(tǒng)會(huì)自動(dòng)刷新頁面然后讓我們對(duì)此次面試進(jìn)行打分，還會(huì)讓填寫一下喜歡此次面試的哪一點(diǎn)。
